Swimming - Lesson 2
We practiced pushing off the wall and throwing our arms out in front of us while shoving our head in the water. I didn't like it. I was good at it, but I didn't like it. I did do some half laps, keeping my head above the water the whole time. I'd start in the shallow end and go about half way, then flail, stop and turn around to go back. I could see how swimming is a good workout. My arms are tired.
But I feel good. I feel like I'm accomplishing something. And I a bit more comfortable in the water. I'm looking forward to water aerobics.

And, FYI - swimming is probably the best exercise there is for your back, so you go, girl! I'm proud of you for just doing what you're doing.
