Organic, Tree Huggin' Gal

Steve and I got our first delivery from Pioneer Organics yesterday. They'll deliver a box of fruits and veggies every other week, which will force us to eat vegetables. They also have recipes on their website so that when you receive, say, collards, and don't know what the hell to do with them, you can find a recipe quickly! We can go in and custom order stuff, tell them what items we absolutely don't want ever, or add a few more items. They've got cereals, rice, toiletries, even dairy.....which we wouldn't order because they leave the box on our porch and that wouldn't be good for perishables.

Anyway, I was so excited. I boiled corn on the cob last night for dinner and had brown rice and a salad with it. Look at me...branchin' out!
