Loophole
I walked to REI on my lunch hour today and got to shoe shopping. I want some black, comfortable, summery shoes and was debating between another pair of Chacos or something a bit more frilly. I finally decided I needed to eat first, then shop, so I headed to World Wrapps.......through the kids department.
I saw all the cute kids Chacos and Keens and thought, wait a minute........
Those get pretty big. What if......
I asked how big the kids' sizes get. The lady said 6, which is a 7.5 in womens'. She knew what I was thinking. So I asked to see a pair of the Chacos in a 6.
They were too big.
Believe it or not, I'm a size 5 in kids shoes.
And the most fantabulous part?
The women's Chacos are $95.99. The kids' Chacos are $49.95.

My sister and I have done the "kid shoe" thing for years since we have never been pump girls. So far we have managed to leave the ladybug and frog boots alone, but they're always tempting !
