Colon Blow

I eat this high fiber cereal that Steve doesn't like. He calls it "Colon Blow", for obvious reasons, which is from a Saturday Night Live skit.

I'm having cereal this morning, for a change. And I cracked up when I heard Steve voice in my head: "You're having Colon Blow? That stuff scares the shit out of me!"

It's a nice way to start a morning.
